Settings

Configure integrations, manage billing, invite team members, and customize your workspace branding.

The Settings module is where you configure your Aria workspace — from integrations and billing to team management and custom branding.

Settings Overview

The Settings Overview page provides quick access to all configuration areas of your workspace.

Integrations

The Integrations page connects Aria to your external tools:

  • Stripe — Connect your Stripe account for invoicing and subscriptions
  • HubSpot — Sync contacts and companies with HubSpot CRM
  • GitHub — Link repositories for development workflows
  • Social Platforms — Connect LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business for posting and analytics

Connect an Integration

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find the integration you want to connect
  3. Click Connect and follow the authorization flow
  4. Verify the connection status shows as Active

Connect Stripe first if you plan to use the Finance module. This enables invoice creation and payment tracking.

Billing

The Billing page manages your Aria subscription:

  • View your current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • View invoices and payment history
  • Manage payment methods

Users

The Users page manages your team:

  • Invite team members by email
  • Assign roles (Admin, Member, Billing)
  • Manage permissions and access levels
  • Remove users from your workspace

Activity Logs

The Activity Logs page shows a chronological record of actions in your workspace:

  • Track user logins, configuration changes, and data updates
  • Filter logs by user, action type, or date range
  • Export logs for audit purposes

Verification

The Verification page manages identity verification settings:

  • Configure verification requirements for your workspace
  • Manage verification methods (email, phone)
  • View verification status for team members

Branding

The Branding page lets you customize your workspace appearance:

  • Upload your company logo
  • Set your brand colors and fonts
  • Customize the sidebar and header
  • Configure the appearance of client-facing documents and invoices
