The Finance module gives you full control over your invoicing, subscriptions, and product catalog.

Finance Overview

The Finance Overview page provides a summary of your financial health — outstanding invoices, upcoming subscription renewals, and revenue metrics at a glance.

Create Invoice

The Create Invoice page lets you quickly generate professional invoices:

  • Select a contact or company to bill
  • Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices
  • Apply taxes and discounts
  • Preview the invoice before sending
  • Send via email or share a link

Create an Invoice

  1. Navigate to FinanceCreate Invoice
  2. Select a customer or enter new customer details
  3. Add line items with descriptions and amounts
  4. Apply taxes or discounts as needed
  5. Click Send to email the invoice or Share to get a link

Invoices

The Invoices page is your invoice management hub:

  • View all invoices in a filterable table
  • Track invoice status: Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, Cancelled
  • Resend or cancel invoices
  • Download invoices as PDF
  • See payment history and outstanding balances

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions page manages recurring billing:

  • View all active and past subscriptions
  • Track renewal dates and billing cycles
  • Manage plan changes and cancellations
  • Monitor subscription revenue and churn

Products

The Products page is your product and service catalog:

  • Add products and services with pricing details
  • Organize products by category
  • Use products when creating invoices and proposals
  • Track inventory levels (if applicable)
